Public Speaking, Speech, Voice, Theatre, Accent Reduction

My specialties are Writing, Public Speaking, Voice, Speech and Theatre. Do you get nervous when you need to give a speech, interview for a job or meet someone for the first time? I can help you enjoy the thrill of speaking in public, auditioning or networking! If you'd like to obtain a more neutral sounding, American dialect and reduce your accent, I can help you by using speech exercises. I am a native New Yorker with a MFA in Acting from Florida State University. I am one of twelve actors...

I am an alum of Manhattan East Junior High and the High School of Performing Arts (LaGuardia H.S). On full scholarship, I graduated Suma Cum Laude from Macaulay Honors of the City University of New York at Hunter College. I hold a double major in Independent Interdisciplinary Research and Theatre. At Hunter, I directed Waiting for Godot, readings of new work, Jeff Hoffman's Fishing and played Richard III, King Henry IV, Demetrius, Prospero, Harry Easter and Mistress Quickly among others. During college, I was cast in readings of new plays developed by BFA and MFA students at the Goldberg Department of Dramatic Writing at NYU. Tina Howe also named me a promising playwright, awarding me the John Golden Incentive cash prize for my work in her graduate playwriting seminar. In four months at Oxford University, I directed Anton Chekhov’s The Seagull and starred in five plays touring one to the Edinburgh Fringe. I am currently earning my Master's in Fine Art on full-scholarship with the Florida State University / Asolo Repertory Theater Conservatory for Actor Training. I have trained with Patsy Rodenburg, Jayd McCarty and Andrea Haring among many others. I am certified in unarmed stage combat and specialize at writing and directing monologues.
